Order in Advance

If you wish to order more than a week in advance, then this is no problem for us! Simply place your order through our website and write a short message specifying delivery date. We will contact you as soon as possible with confirmation details!

Personalized Customer Order

Are you vegetarian or vegan? We have got sweet treatment options for you. We are still adding and developing our recipes to provide you with the best delightful experience. Even some of our products can be personalized for you. Meaning, vegetarian or vegan options are available on request! Unfortunately, at the moment we are unable to deliver GF products.

Placing an order over 20 pcs

Do you need catering or lots of cakes delivered to you at your chosen date? Depending on the product, please be aware that the delivery time can take up to 72 hours if you place an order with over 20psc products. More details will be provided via confirmation email.

Depending on the size of your order placed, we can deliver our products to you within 48-72 hours after our confirmation email.

There is £5 shipping fee applied for each individual delivery.

Invoicing & Late payment

Standard customer invoice payment due date is up to 15 working days. 5% fee of the order price applies for each delayed day of payment. If the payment is not received within 60 working days 10% fee of the order price applies for each next delayed day of payment.

Order Confirmation & Delivery

For any orders you place on our website, you will receive a confirmation email. If for any reason your order cannot be processed, we will refund 100% of your payment. Depending on the size of your placed order, we can deliver our products to you within 48-72 hours.

Order Cancellation Fees & Refund Policy

There is NO cancellation fee if the order is cancelled before our confirmation email has been sent through. In this case, you can apply for a voucher of the same price as your order to be used within three months. You can request a voucher by simply writing to us.

10% fee of the order price applies before our confirmation email has come through when a full refund is requested instead of the voucher.
40% fee of the order price applies when the order is cancelled within 12 hours after our confirmation email has come through.
80% fee of the order price applies when the order is cancelled within 24 hours after our confirmation email has come through.

Packaging

Our products are delivered in cake boxes. We ensure safe delivery to your front door, including contact-free delivery. We can arrange out of hours delivery on demand.

Storage of products

It is advised to consume all our products within 3 days after delivery and keep our products in cold dry storage. Refrigerate our products, if there is glazing or dairy based topping. Please do not hesitate to contact us for more details.
