For the best experience of our payment transaction services, we provide a high level of security. We use the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) for all orders placed. This encryption allows a high level of security for your transactions. We also use high-level secure payment transaction software provided by Stripe and SumUp.
We have fully implemented the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Compliance. The payment card industry security standard council was formed in the year 2006. It ensures that the companies who deal with the accepting, processing, storing and transmitting credit card information have to maintain a secure environment. PCI DSS is not a law in itself but a standard made by a collaboration of various branded card company like Visa, Mastercard, JCB, AMEX and Discover. If your company is not PCI compliant has to face some serious consequences like fines, card replacement cost, costly forensic audits and off-course lost to brand image.

Type of the Accepted Payments
We accept credit & debit card payments including contactless as well as mobile wallets. We accept cash payments. We do NOT accept check payments.








Invoicing & Late payment
Standard customer invoice payment due date is up to 15 working days. 5% fee of the order price applies for each delayed day of payment. If the payment is not received within 60 working days 10% fee of the order price applies for each next delayed day of payment.
Order Confirmation & Delivery
Any order that is made through our website & mobile app or in-person will be confirmed via email before processing the purchase. If for any reason your order can’t be processed we will refund 100% of your payment. Depending on the size of you placed an order we can deliver our products to you within 48-72 hours after our confirmation email. For more details, please check our Ordering page.
Order Cancellation Fees & Refund Policy
There is NO cancellation fee if the order is cancelled before our confirmation email has come through. In this case, you can apply for a voucher of the same price as your order to be used within one month. You can request a voucher by simply writing to us: tasteofmonarchy@gmail.com.
10% fee of the order price applies before our confirmation email has come through when a full refund is requested instead of the voucher.
40% fee of the order price applies when the order is cancelled within 12 hours after our confirmation email has come through.
80% fee of the order price applies when the order is cancelled within 24 hours after our confirmation email has come through.
